| Texas law requires that all children and students entering, attending, or enrolling in and/or transferring to a public or private primary or secondary school be vaccinated in accordance with the immunization schedule determined by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Exclusions from compliance with the State’s immunization requirements are allowable on an individual basis for medical contraindications and reasons of conscience, including a religious belief. An up-to-date vaccination record or a current exemption affidavit is required. | |
