| Students should use extreme caution when posting to social media. All postings should positively represent the person and be a positive reflection of the Academy, the staff, and other students and their families. What is posted in the form of words and pictures should represent a person who is in submission to Jesus Christ as their Lord. These guidelines apply during the school year and at times when school is not in session, including summer. It is not our goal to regulate a student’s social media account or activity when not on school property or at a school-related event. All students should ensure they are familiar with the student pledge to avoid any online communications that might violate that pledge. Your online activities should not violate any school policy regarding bullying or harassment. If you post or say something online that makes another student feel uncomfortable, your activity may result in an investigation and possible discipline.
